This is my first time taking an “Illustrations Friday” challenge. You’ll probably notice it is different from the illustrations that I have shared so far. I have wanted to try this method of Photoshop painting for a while and I am pleased with the outcome. I don’t know if it will be for everything that I want to do but it is good to add to my choices as I approach new projects ahead.

So please let me take this opportunity to say to those of you who are new to this journey like I admittedly am, keep at it and keep trying new things. It’s the only way to find out what you are capable of doing. Oh and isn’t the internet a wonderful place to learn a craft? I can’t thank the artists, who share their methods here, enough! I have learned so much from you all!
